Advance Health Directive that is the name of a Form that you can fill out partly with your Doctor then file it with your Legal people.
This gives you some control over what steps maybe taken in adverse health situations. Maybe giving you a little extra peace of mind.
If it's never needed thats all for the better.
Mine cost no extra when making out a new will.
